NOTICE
By Order of Resident Judge, Carmen Mullen, of the 14th Circuit:
This is a court of law. All litigants, witnesses, jurors, and spectators are
expected to dress and act appropriately in the courtroom. This means
NO shorts, tank tops, hats, halter tops, short or low-cut clothing, and
for males NO shirt tails untucked.
Additionally, the Chief Justice of the South Carolina Supreme Court has
issued an order that no one, exluding attorneys, shall have any electronic
devices, including cameras, cell phones, or computers in the courtroom
without prior permission.
Children unable to sit quietly are not permitted in the courtroom.
