OUR MISSION STATEMENT
To provide support, guidance and direction to administration, department directors, supervisors and employees regarding the interpretation of established human resources rules, policies and regulations. In addition, the department is charged with administration of the employees' compensation plan, fringe benefit programs, in-house training programs and recruitment of qualified employees for Beaufort County Council.
