Boards and Commissions

Reviews and approves the architecture, landscape, site and lighting plans for commercial and multi-family residential developments located in the Corridor Overlay Districts. The Corridor Overlay District Guidelines are located in Appendix B, Chapter 106 of the Zoning and Development Standards Ordinance.

  • Meetings are held at the Beaufort Industrial Village, Building 2, Conference Room 102, Industrial Village Road, Beaufort.
  • Meetings are typically scheduled twice a month on Tuesdays at 4:30 p.m. and last approximately two hours.
  • Meetings may be canceled if no projects are submitted for review.
