Boards and Commissions

To provide fire protection north of the Whale Branch and Coosaw Rivers serving Sheldon, Dale, Lobeco, and excluding the Town limits of Yemassee.

  • Meetings are held bimonthly on the third Thursday at 7:30 p.m.
  • Meetings last approximately two hours.
  • Meetings are held at Station 40, 5 Fire Station Lane, off Paige Point Lane.
  • A knowledge of finance, long-range planning, and the community the district serves is desired
