The Utility partners with four Municipalities in the County through inter local agreements linked below. Drainage efforts within these municipalities are supported through fees collected by the County. 95% of the fees that are collected within a municipality's jurisdiction, is then distributed back to the municipality. If you have a drainage concern in the Town of Hilton Head Island, the Town of Bluffton, the Town of Port Royal, or the City of Beaufort please contact the towns/city. They will coordinate with the Utility if we can be of support.
