Payments

Fines are due in full on the day of Court.

Methods of Payment

  • Pay in Person
    We accept only cash, money orders or cashier’s checks.
  • No personal checks.
  • Note: You must have the exact amount due.We may be unable to make change.
  • CREDIT/DEBIT PAYMENTS.
    We accept Credit/Debit payments at the service windows.
    This service is not available over the phone.
  • We will only swipe your card once.  If your card will not read or is not approved, an alternate payment will be required.
  • Pay online at: www.beaufortcourt.org
    Fees for paying with credit or debit are $1.00 + 1.83% of the payment amount.
  • Pay by Mail
    If you are paying prior to your Court date, payments must be received by 4:00 p.m., the day BEFORE your court date. If it is not received by this time, you may not be eligible for any applicable reductions.
  • We accept only Money Orders or Cashier’s Checks.
    Do not mail cash.
