PTI is a diversionary program for first time criminal offenders managed by the Solicitor’s Office.
If you are interested in PTI, please see the clerk in the Courtroom or ask the Judge for a referral BEFORE you enter a plea in Court.
ADP is a diversionary program for first time offenders under the age of 21 who are charged with an alcohol related offense. This program is also managed by the Solicitor’s Office.

PTI & ADP
Defendants under the age of 21 can participate in both PTI and ADP, one time each.
A Defendant who is charged with a 2 or 4 point violation and who has a clean driver’s record can request a referral to TEP.
The fee for TEP is $280.00.

Alive at 25 is for drivers under the age of 25 charged with a Traffic offense (first offense).
The fee for Alive at 25 is $35.00.
