Contact Purchasing

Communication between vendors and potential users in County departments is acceptable on such subject matter as, availability of specified requirements, technical information, instructional information, and requests for literature, etc., unless otherwise instructed in a solicitation notice issued by the County.  The County practice is that all contacts and correspondence pertaining to negotiations affecting purchases be processed through the Purchasing Department.
