   1. If We Disagree Today, Be Friends Tomorrow
   2. Be Recognized by the Chair Before Speaking
   3. Respect Differing Opinions and Council Decisions
   4. Be Courteous to Each Other, the Public, Staff
   5. Focus on the Topic Being Discussed, Be Concise
   6. Share Information with Other Council Members
   7. No Personal Attacks: Council Members, County Staff, Citizens
   8. After a Council Decision, State the County's Policy - You Can State Your Own Opinion
   9. Listen Before Judgement
  10. Be Attentive - Avoid Interruptions and Discussion Before Being Acknowledged
  11. Avoid Eating in Session
  12. Come Prepared, Do Your Homework
